Without alloying elements

Parts made from bronze with the content of 9% aluminum, 3% iron

are usually used at moderate operation modes, which presuppose the mild wear and fatigue loads at the temperatures up to 315 °C. The products have good corrosion resistance, including in seawater and non-oxidizing non-organic acids. The alloy welds at gaseous protection.

Parts made from bronze with the content of 10,5% aluminum, 3,5% iron

are usually made by extrusion or centrifugal casting. The parts can be used under extreme exploitation conditions and have good fatigue strength and excellent wear resistance and, by proper thermal processing, shock resistance. The material has good slide properties.

Parts made from bronze with the content of 14,4% aluminum, 4,7% iron

Material is made of an alloy, which has two-phase gamma and beta structure in equal proportions. The parts from this bronze have almost zero tensile, high hardness, excellent pressure, wearing qualities and guarantees good slide.

The metal has a multiphase structure and good yielding and metal ductility together with good shock resistance. The parts from this material are corrosion, pitting corrosion and abrasion resistant.

Bronze with manganese content has multiphase structure and, by correct gamma-phase distribution, this material is very wear-resistant and comparable to hardened steel.

With nickel and manganese

Parts made from bronze with the content of 10-10,5% aluminum, 2,5-4,8% nickel, 1,0-1,5% manganese

The mechanical characteristics of this alloy are similar to those of beryllium-copper alloys, but this alloy has lower conversion cost. The products and profiles are manufactured by extrusion or drawing. The parts from this material have excellent mechanical characteristics at high temperatures. The material is also used where the high abrasion resistance is required or where there are substantial deformation loads and chemical erosion.

Parts from copper-alloy with aluminum and silicon content

Aluminum content 7,0 %, silicon 2,0%.

The material perfectly proves itself during hot moulding, forging in hot condition and machining. The products from the bronze of this type are well connected by braze soldier and arc welding.

The material has good mechanical characteristics, is corrosion-resistant, including in seawater. The parts from this alloy are made mostly by the method of extrusion.

Parts from copper-alloy with zinc content

with manganese, aluminum, lead and silicon additives

Parts from brass, zinc content 34-37%, aluminum 0-1,6%, manganese 2,5 %, lead 0,4-2,2 %, silicon 0,7-1,0%.

The material perfectly proves itself during hot moulding, forging in hot condition and machining. By the increasing of lead content, the parts are more easily machined, and the Tensile strength at breakand yield point significantly decrease. The parts from this material are used in load-carrying structures, where corrosion-resistance is required.

The material of this composition has high resistance, good fatigue life and excellent corrosion resistance. Products made from this alloy are manufactured by continuous casting method.

Chrome content 1%, zirconium 0,1%.

This alloy has high electrical conductivity and works well at high temperature conditions saving good mechanical characteristics ranging from 300-500°C. The material is basically formed by pressing or drawing method.

Parts made from copper-alloy with the content of nickel, silicon and chrome

Nickel content 2,5 - 7%, silicon 0,7 – 2% and chrome 0,4 – 1%

This material meets high ecological and health safety requirements as an alternative to bronze with beryllium. This alloy has good thermal and electrical conductivity at excellent mechanical characteristics. The product is manufactured by the method of extrusion moulding.

Lead content 8-17%, tin 7-11%, nickel 1,5-2%, antimony 0,5%, zink 2-3%.

Leaded bronze does not have high mechanical characteristics and slide indicators but is corrosion resistant in seawater and in some acids including sulfuric acid. Products from this alloy are usually made by casting method including continuous and centrifugal casting.

Tin bronze has good mechanical characteristics and reasonably good corrosion resistance. Products from this alloy are usually made by casting method including continuous and centrifugal.
